Eng. Ziad AlHazmi is a seasoned leader in real estate development, with rich experience across the construction and investment sectors. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering Management, and is a PMP-certified professional with a strong foundation in project delivery, strategy, and transformation.
Throughout his career, Ziad has worked across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, residential complexes, healthcare, hospitality, transportation, and real estate investment. He played a leading role in landmark projects such as the Crowne Plaza Hotel and the Obhur City Project in Jeddah.
Ziad has served in senior positions at Raidah Investment Company and Hassana Investment Company, where he acted as an owner representative, overseeing development activities and managing strategic real estate portfolios. He was instrumental in the integration of GOSI’s legacy managing agents and the establishment of Osool, leading the transition from strategy to full operational launch.
At Osool, Ziad has held several executive leadership roles, including Chief Strategy Officer, and currently serves as the Acting Chief Executive Officer. His leadership has been central to major initiatives in business planning, strategy execution, portfolio optimization, and cross-divisional governance alignment. His ability to translate strategic vision into operational excellence has positioned Osool for sustainable growth.

Mohammed has more than 14 years of financial experience in petrochemical and energy industries. Mohammed worked in top listed companies including SABIC and Tasnee in addition to Tarshid holding various positions in the finance departments. Mohammed led Petrokemya JV recharge automation project, contributed to the restructuring of 5 BN of Tasnee’s syndicated corporate dept, established the treasury department in Tarshid and led Osool’s lease cleansing project resulting in accurate tenant invoicing.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM).

Azzam is a seasoned operations leader with rich experience in facility and property management. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Prior to joining Osool, he held several leadership roles at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, where he led complex technical and operational programs across diverse infrastructure portfolios.
Azzam joined Osool in a senior operations leadership role, where he played a key part in developing and institutionalizing the company’s operational structure. His contributions to the advancement of Integrated and Total Facilities Management frameworks, service model optimization, quality, and digital enablement have been critical to Osool’s transformation journey. In recognition of his performance and leadership, he was later promoted to the position of Chief Operations Officer.
In his current role, Azzam oversees all operational functions across Osool’s real estate assets, with a focus on performance, efficiency, and scalable growth.

David is a Real Estate and infrastructure leader with a strong technical background of more than 30 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry. He has extensive experience in contracting, project management, management consultancy and real estate development. David is well known in his diverse global experience and working environments, including Asia Pacific, MENA, the US and the UK.
He has a Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Civil) from University of Southern Queensland, Australia and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Construction Management from University of Bath, UK.
David has worked in the Kingdom for the past 5 years and joined Osool from Roshn Company where he was an Advisor to the COO. Before this role David worked at both Diriyah and Amaala as the Chief Project Delivery Officer.
Prior to arriving in the Kingdom, he was the CEO and CDO at several development companies as well as Head of Real Estate and Infrastructure for McKinsey & Co in Asia Pacific.

In his role as the Chief Legal and GRC Officer, Dr. Mohammad oversees all legal matters, ensuring that Osool's operations align seamlessly with local regulations and uphold the organization's highest standards. He cultivates a strong legal and compliant environment within the organization. Dr. Mohammad played a pivotal role in establishing Osool's GRC function, laying the foundation for proactive governance, robust risk management, and comprehensive compliance frameworks. This initiative underscores his commitment to embedding best practices across Osool's operations while steering the organization through legal complexities and GRC imperatives.
With a remarkable 18 years of experience, Dr. Mohammad’s journey includes serving as the Senior Legal Advisor to H.E. the Minister of Investments before joining Osool where he advised on investment and investor-related cases and legal matters. Prior to that, he was the Senior Counsel and Head of In-Kingdom Litigation at Aramco, where he successfully argued cases before the Supreme Court and Administrative Supreme Court. In earlier stages, Dr. Mohammad was appointed as a Judge on the Board of Grievances where he presided over administrative, commercial, and criminal cases.
Dr. Mohammad, Holds a Bachelor's degree in Islamic Law from the University of Umm Al-Qura, a high diploma in law from the Institute of Public Administration in Saudi Arabia, and a Master's and Ph.D. of Law from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts.

As Internal Audit Sr. Executive Director, Eng. Abdulrahman Alshawan is responsible for leading and managing an effective Internal Audit department within Osool. Before joining Osool in July 2023, Abdulrahman led internal audit department at another governmental entity and worked with several prestigious and leading companies/entities in Saudi Arabia such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Bechtel and EXPRO.
Eng. Abdulrahman has over than 13 years of experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in building engineering from King Faisal University (KFU), and a Master degree in Building Science from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University (IAU). Also, he obtained the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Project Management Professional certificate (PMP).

Cesar Moukarzel is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across the Gulf’s dynamic retail and real estate landscape. Currently serving as Acting Chief Commercial Officer at Osool, Cesar brings a powerful blend of strategic foresight, operational excellence and regional market acumen.
Having held C-suite and senior leadership roles across renowned organizations, he has consistently driven revenue growth, led successful turnarounds and launched high-impact development strategies. He has overseen P&Ls exceeding $700 million, lead organizations with over 4,000 employees and executed large-scale expansions in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and broader MENA region.
His core competencies include real estate leasing, commercial optimization, retail asset management, franchise growth, and omnichannel strategies.
Cesar’s deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and its Vision 2030 transformation priorities makes him an invaluable asset. He has a proven track record in aligning retail and real estate strategies with evolving consumer behaviors and economic goals.

Mr. Fahad AlKassim is a leading figure in Saudi business, serving on boards of top companies like Savola and Jarir, and chairing Liwan Real Estate Development.
He founded successful ventures, including Amwal Financial Consulting, and held executive roles at Al Othaim Group and Dallah Hospital.
Mr. AlKassim is active in civic engagement, he participates in nonprofit initiatives and has chaired organizations like the Saudi Center for Arbitration. Mr. AlKassim holds a degree in Accounting from King Saud University, an executive certificate from Oxford, and he is licensed CPA and Certified Appraiser.
Mr. Abdulaziz AlNowaisir is a distinguished Saudi business leader with over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, and investment. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Saud University and a master's degree in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University, along with specialized professional certifications.
He currently serves as the CEO of Emaar Economic City, leading the development of the city as a key hub for investment and trade. He also chairs the boards and committees of major companies such as Tawuniya and United Insurance and is a member of audit committees for organizations including SAR, the National Water Company, and Flyadeal.
Mr. Nader Ashour is a seasoned Saudi executive with over 20 years of experience in finance, strategy, and leadership. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of NEOM, a role he assumed in July 2024, where he oversees the company’s financial and strategic direction.
Previously, he held key positions, including Deputy CEO of Strategy at Bupa Arabia (2022-2024) and CFO (2016-2023), where he played a vital role in enhancing the company's financial performance. At Saudi Aramco (2003-2020), he led notable projects, including managing Aramco’s historic IPO, the largest in history.
Mr. Ashour is an active board and committee member, serving on boards of companies like Bupa Arabia, Saudi Ground Services, and SISCO, where he also chairs the Audit Committee.
Mr. Marwan AlGhamdi currently serves as a Board Member of Osool Real Estate Company alongside his role as Assistant Governor for Strategy and Transformation at the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI). With over 18 years of experience, he has led institutional transformations and developed strategies across both public and private sectors.
Mr. AlGhamdi has also participated in several audit, risk, and governance committees, providing him with comprehensive experience in financial, operational, and regulatory aspects. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Criticism from Imam Muhammad bin Saud University and has completed advanced executive programs in strategy, change management, and customer experience from prestigious institutions such as INSEAD, MIT, and IMD. This diverse knowledge base has enabled him to craft solutions that address digital transformations and development needs, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 and the strategic demands of various sectors.
Mr. Jehad AlKadi has served as the CEO of Arriyadh Development Company since December 2021. He brings over 20 years of professional experience in the financial and investment sectors, having held several leadership positions at organizations such as the Public Investment Fund (PIF), SEDCO Capital, Jadwa Investment, and Saudi National Bank (SNB).
Mr. AlKadi is also a member of various boards of directors, including Umm Al Qura Development and Construction Company, Riyadh Capital, and the Executive Committee of New Murabba Development Company, as well as several committees stemming from these boards. He has previously held membership roles in numerous other boards and committees. Additionally, he is a member of the advisory board of )JLL( Saudi Arabia, a global leader in real estate investment and advisory.
Mr. Homood AlTuwaijri currently serves as a member of the Audit Committee for both the Insurance Authority and the Saudi French Bank.
Previously, he participated in the boards and committees of several prominent organizations, including Alinma Bank, The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya), Mobily, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Marafiq, and Alba (Bahrain). Additionally, he chaired and served on the boards of various subsidiaries of Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) in Saudi Arabia, Europe, and the United States.
Mr. AlTuwaijri has held several key positions, including Executive Vice President for Legal Affairs and Internal Audit, as well as leadership roles in finance, strategic petrochemical business units, logistics, and financial management at SABIC. He also served as the head of the National Industrial Clusters Development Program.
Dr. Raeyd AlDakeel is the CEO of “Mawten Real Estate Company” since (2010) and has more than (20) years of experience in the real estate development sector. He has led many prominent projects such as the Industrial Gate City in Riyadh, Mawten Hilton Financial Center Hotel Complex, Mawten Masar Residential Complex in Makkah, and the Ready-made factories projects in the Kingdom.
Dr. Raeyd also serves on the boards of directors and investment committees of a number of companies, such as Al Rajhi Real Estate Company, Tadawul Real Estate Company, Shamael Investment Company, and Arabian Masheed Company. He also held leadership positions in other companies, such as “Kinan Real Estate Company”, and served as Head of Architecture and Building Sciences Department at King Saud University, He holds a Doctorate in Architecture and Planning from the University of Michigan.
