Osool manages over 32 commercial, residential, and retail assets across the Kingdom.

Abdulfattah currently leads Osool – GOSI’s real estate property management arm – as its Chief Executive Officer, leading its establishment and integration with GOSI’s legacy real estate entities.

Prior to joining Osool, he led the Local Real Estate and Infrastructure Investment Division at Hassana Investment Company, a role he also held at Raidah Investment Company. Leading the real estate investment function, he administered GOSI’s and the Public Pension Agency’s local real estate portfolio, which comprises mixed-use properties, residential developments, commercial developments, and a significant land bank. In this capacity, he served as the Owner's Representative in dealings with managing agents responsible for the income-generating portfolio and joint ventures and was instrumental in monetizing the land bank through dispositions, leasing arrangements, and land plot developments. Furthermore, Abdulfattah assumed the role of Head of the Real Estate Finance Department in Banque Saudi Fransi, where he financed several real estate development projects on both corporate and limited resource basis. He also worked in Project Finance and Syndication at The Saudi Investment Bank and Riyad Bank.

Mr. Abdulfattah started his distinguished career in Samba Capital’s Corporate Finance Department in 2003 as an analyst, where he pursued and pitched several Debt Capital Market and Equity Capital Markets transactions. In investment banking, Abdulfattah worked on and successfully closed several high-profile capital market transactions, including the IPOs of Astra Industrial Group, Methanol Chemicals Company, Saudi Arabian Mining Company, and Inma Bank.

Abdulfattah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Prince Sultan University, KSA.

As the Chief Financial Officer at Osool, Mr. Talal Alnafie leads the task of securing the organisation's long-term financial sustainability. Before joining Osool, he held the position of Treasury Director at TASNEE, one of the largest joint-stock petrochemical companies in the Kingdom. During his tenure, he successfully negotiated multiple refinancing loans to fund projects totalling 25 billion Saudi Riyals. Talal also played a key role in the department restructuring project and unified the treasury operations for all TASNEE subsidiaries. He began his noteworthy career as an Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Mr. Alnafie holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Washington and a Master's in Business Management from the University of California, Irvine.

Mrs. Melanie Barwick, an accomplished professional with 35 years of experience in Property and Facilities Management, plays a pivotal role at Osool as the Chief Operations Officer. She excels in leading various operational responsibilities, including strategic management, facilities management, contract management, customer service and relations, and capital replacement management, specifically focusing on the office, residential, and retail sectors. Previously, she served as the General Manager of Al Rostamani Properties in Dubai, leading the leasing, property and facilities teams of a diverse portfolio. She was also the Head of Property and Facilities Management for TDIC, where she focused on the Saadiyat Island Masterplan. Prior to that, she served as the Head of Property and Asset Management at ALDAR, a prominent property developer in the UAE. Her career began in London, where she developed innovative property management strategies for renowned property consultancies such as Matthews & Goodman and BNPP.

Mrs. Barwick earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of Reading, UK.

Mr. Ibrahim AlFraih is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Osool, where he oversees HR transformation, strategic HR planning, performance management, and all other aspects of human resource management. With remarkable 17-year experience, he has worked across profit, non-profit, semi-government, and government sectors in various industries. As a specialized HR transformation professional, Mr. Ibrahim has successfully managed noteworthy transformation projects at the Real Estate Development Fund (REDF) and the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority. Notably, he was the HR Manager at the Gulf Monetary Council, contributing to the strategic planning and implementation of effective HR policies. He also served as the HR Department Supervisor at King Abdulaziz and his Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity 'Mawhiba’.


Mr. AlFraih holds a Master's in Human Resource Management from King Saud University. In addition to his academic achievements, he has earned the prestigious designation of Chartered MCIPD, demonstrating his expertise and commitment to the field of HR.

Charles Acworth, the Chief Asset Manager Officer at Osool, possesses extensive experience and expertise in asset development and management. With a career spanning over 35 years, he has gained recognition both locally and internationally. His proficiency lies in diverse sectors, including retail, office, residential, hospitality, education, and master-planned communities.

Before taking up his current role at Osool, Charles served as the Head of Development for a key region at NEOM. Before that, he was Head of Asset & Property Management at JLL in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Charles also held the position of Vice President of Projects Development & Asset Management at KIZAD in the UAE. He was Head of Commercial Leasing and Development and Head of Research & Strategy at Aldar, also in the UAE. In earlier stages of his career, Charles held vital positions at renowned organizations, including DTZ in the UAE, Knight Frank in East Africa, and Savills in London.

Mr. Acworth is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds an MBA from Hult Ashridge and an MA in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, UK.

As the Chief Project Officer at Osool, Mr. Cameron Downing brings 35 years of extensive real estate experience to the role. With a wealth of expertise in Australia, Asia, the United States, and the Middle East, he possesses diverse managerial and leadership experience in planning, construction, and development. Prior to assuming the role of CPO at Osool, he served as the Senior Director of Planning at AMAALA in Saudi Arabia, overseeing the planning, scheduling, and risk management functions. Furthermore, he made significant contributions to the planning and scheduling of major developments such as Lendlease Lakeshore East and Southbank in Chicago. He also led numerous challenging projects across various sectors, contributing to mining development at the Wandoan Coal Project and serving as the Senior Project Controls Engineer for the Hong Kong Airport Core Program.

Mr. Downing’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Building and Construction Industry Economics from RMIT University, Australia.

Mr. Ahmed Alotaibi, the Chief Shared Service Officer, brings 20 years of experience in mega procurement projects to his role at Osool. Previously, he held positions at the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), including Executive Director of Global Project Planning and Cost Control. As the Executive Director of Project Procurement, he led the department in formulating and executing procurement and budgeting strategies.

Mr. Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals, KSA.

Zaid Alhazmi is instrumental in ensuring project management success as the EPMO at Osool. A certified Project Management professional with a remarkable track record, he has 14 years of experience in Construction Engineering, including infrastructure, residential complexes, health care, hospitality, transportation, and real estate investment and development. During his tenure at Raza Inc., Zaid led the completion of the Crown Plaza Hotel and the Raidah Residential Project in Jeddah. He also served as the Owner Representative of Raidah Investment Company and Hassana Investment Company, supervising the development activities of GOSI and PPA managing agents. Zaid played a vital role in integrating GOSI’s legacy managing agents, establishing Osool and launching its activities.


Engineer Ziad holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Business Technology, KSA.

His Excellency Mr. Saad bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Fadhli holds the esteemed position of CEO at Hassana Investment Company. In addition, he occupies other prestigious roles, including the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Medical Care Company and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi British Bank. He also holds membership in various private sector companies operating in the real estate and education sector, as well as Cultural Development Fund and the Investment Committee under the National Development Fund, for which he is also a Board of Directors member.

Al-Fadhli has a diversified experience of more than 25 years in the field of investment and investment banking, where he previously worked at Al-Ahly Financial Company, Morgan Stanley Saudi Arabia, and the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia.

His Excellency holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences from King Saud University and a Master's degree in Financial Economics from Boston University in the United States of America.

Mr. Ahmed Waza Al Qahtani has been a valuable member of the Board of Directors of Osool Integrated Real Estate Company since April 2022 and also serves as the Chief Investment Officer for Regional Markets at Hassana Investment Company since June 2018. With more than 15 years of experience managing public and private investments, he leads a team of experienced portfolio managers and investment specialists in local and regional markets covering public equity, fixed income, private equity, infrastructure and real estate investments. Before his current role at Hassana, he was the Head of Equity at Hassana, Senior Portfolio Manager at HSBC Asset Management, Equity Analyst at NCB Capital, and worked in Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Ahmed Waza Al Qahtani serves on the board of directors of several esteemed public and private companies. He has been a member of the National Medical Care Company "Care", Savola Group, Maarif Education, Saudi Medical Care Group and GEMS Education KSA Holding. He was also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jawda Integrated Real Estate Company, a member of the Board of Directors of Jabal Omar Development Company and the National Arab Bank, representing the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI).

Ahmed has a Bachelor of Science in Finance Science from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.

Abdulmuhsin A. Al Hussein, currently a member of the Board of Directors at Osool, has also been serving as the Head of the Regional Corporate and Portfolio Affairs at Hassana Investment Company since 2014, overseeing the companies and portfolios and investment governance in accordance with the best professional practices. Prior to joining Hassana, Abdulmuhsin was the Senior Financial Analyst at the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) and has 15-year experience in finance and financial analysis. He is also a board member of Saudi Medical Care Group, and he has previously held memberships on various boards and committees of both public and private companies.

Mr. Hussein graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University.

Moayad Muhammad Al Shaalan joined the Board of Directors at Osool in April 2022. Additionally, he holds the position of Vice President of Regional Fixed Income at Hassana Investment Company. Previously, he worked as a Senior Analyst at Raidah Investment Company and as a Financial Analyst in the Investment Department at the Public Pension Agency in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In addition to his role as a board member at Osool, Mr. Moayad also serves on the Board of Directors at Dar Al-Tamleek. He has previously held a board membership at the National Company for Tourism.

Moayad holds a Master's degree in Finance Science from RMIT University, Australia.
